Site and Market Studies

The submission of a Site and Market Study, performed by an independent third party, is a mandatory requirement of IHDA’s application and must meet the 2027-2028 Standards for Site and Market Studies and be accompanied by a completed 2027-2028 Site and Market Study Summary Form.
