Administrative Rules

The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act (5 ILCS 100/) (“APA”) governs the process and required documentation for the adoption of Illinois Administrative Code text (the “ICA Text”).  In instances where the Authority is required or otherwise authorized to promulgate administrative rules, the Authority does so in accordance with the APA. Please see below for the current list of administrative rules promulgated by the Authority that contain ICA Text related to one or more programs or funding sources administered by the Authority. The list below is provided for convenience purposes only.  Please consult the Illinois Register for the official and most current information.  Please note, programs and funding sources administered by the Authority are not solely governed by ICA Text.
