2027-2028 QAP Public Engagement Opportunities
IHDA is in the process of developing its 2027-2028 Qualified Allocation Plan, which will be released in summer 2026. There are a variety of opportunities for the public to provide feedback and engage in this process, detailed below. Please reach out to QAPFeedback@ihda.org with any questions.
2027-2028 QAP Public Survey
IHDA is asking the public’s opinion on recommendations and priorities to be considered in its upcoming 2027-2028 Qualified Allocation Plan. Responses to the survey are anonymous and may be completed now through March 31. Take the survey using the link below.
2027-2028 QAP Summit Meetings
IHDA will host two Summit meetings to discuss its upcoming 2027-2028 Qualified Allocation Plan. IHDA staff, members of the public, and development professionals are encouraged to attend these meetings to engage in a conversation about proposed changes for the QAP. Both Summits will be held as hybrid meetings and individuals are encouraged to join either in person or remotely. All attendees must register in advance, whether joining in person or virtually. Meeting information and registration details are included below:
- Springfield Summit: Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 10:00 a.m.

2027-2028 Public Comment and Public Hearing
IHDA will hold a 30-day public comment period and public hearing for a published draft of its 2027-2028 Qualified Allocation Plan in late spring 2026. IHDA will publicize this opportunity on this website and through its newsletters and social media when more information is available.
