About the Survey
The City of Peoria, in partnership with the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), is undertaking a planning effort in the East Bluff Neighborhood, which includes the area generally bounded by Knoxville Avenue to the west, War Memorial Drive to the north, Prospect Road and Abington Street to the east, and Glendale Avenue to the south (see map). This survey is the first step in that planning process to gather neighborhood input as a baseline for future neighborhood planning meetings and a final plan document.
We invite you to be part of this Community Revitalization Strategy process by participating in the “East Bluff Neighborhood Needs Assessment Survey.” The survey is completely anonymous, and does not collect any identifying information. You should be able to complete the survey in under 10 minutes. Your participation will help the City strategize for future planning and investment, and identify neighborhood needs and goals. The survey first considers several neighborhood characteristics such as: Mobility, Community Life, Economy, Education and Wellness, and lastly, Community Engagement and Initiatives. The second portion of the survey further assesses your community input.
