Renter Complaints

If you have a concern about an IHDA-financed property, or wish to file a complaint, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure that the development you are referring to is an IHDA-financed property. Please go to Find an Apartment to find out. If the development is not found on the “Find an Apartment” list, it is not an IHDA-financed development. ONLY complaints regarding developments that are financed by IHDA will be responded to.
2. Complete the tenant complaint form.
3. Submit form to asset@ihda.org.
