Targeted Areas
In designated targeted areas, IHDA waives the first-time homebuyer requirement. The income and purchase price limits in targeted areas are higher than other areas of the state.

How to read the guide
The data in the guide appears in the following format:
Zip | Town | Direction | Street Name | From-To | Code
Please take note of the following information:
Direction: This is the street direction.
From–To: Only properties within this range are targeted
Code: This will either list O, E, or B;
- O means the odd side of the street is targeted.
- E means that the even side of the street is targeted.
- B means that both sides of the street are targeted.
