IHDA offers affordable mortgage loans to first-time homebuyers and veterans in Illinois under the SmartMove suite of products. To apply, homebuyers must contact one of IHDA’s participating lenders to assist with the application process.

To find a lender in your area, select a program and a county. If more than one location is found, please note that the list can be sorted by bank name and zip code. Contact the location of your preference and let them know you’re interested in applying for the SmartMove program.
