The submission of a Site and Market Study, performed by an independent third party, is a mandatory requirement of IHDA’s application and must meet the 2018 – 2019 Standards for Site and Market Studies and be accompanied by a completed 2018-2019 Site and Market Study Summary Form. The 2018 – 2019 Site and Market Study Review Criteria and Scoring form details the process used for reviewing Site and Market Studies and the scoring criteria utilized.
