Long Term Operating Support Program (LTOS)

The Long Term Operating Support Program is part of the Rental Housing Support Program intended for affordable housing developments. The goal of the LTOS program is to increase the supply of affordable housing to households earning at or less than 30 percent of area median income by providing a long-term, unit-based rent subsidy. LTOS grants will be awarded in response to a competitive request for applications published at least twice a year.
