LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT
QUALIFIED ALLOCATION PLAN
The Illinois Housing Development Authority (the
"Authority") is making available for public comment a draft of its Amended Low Income Housing Tax Credit
Qualified Allocation Plan for CY 2008 & 2009 (the "Plan"). Copies of the Plan may be obtained from our
website at www.ihda.org. Written comments
are to be directed to the following:

A public hearing on the Plan will be held at the
offices of the Authority (at the above address) on Thursday, September 18th at 2:00
p.m. Written comments must be received
by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30th.
In order that adequate arrangements may be made to
accommodate attendees, we would greatly appreciate your contacting the
Authority at bbeall@ihda.org or 312/836-5303
to advise us as to how many in your party will be attending, and whether
special accommodations will be needed; however, such notification is not
required for attendance.
