A Comprehensive Approach
IHDA works as the administrator of several state and federal affordable housing financing programs.
Multifamily Programs staff are cross trained in all of the state and federal finance programs as well as the wide variety of our own affordable lending opportunities.
IHDA's Multifamily Programs staff works with developers, both non profit and for profit, to help find combinations of financing to create affordable housing units across the state.
