HOMEOWNER OUTREACH DAYS!

The Illinois Housing Development Authority is bringing mortgage loan providers, local housing assistance groups and state agencies together in one place to help homeowners who are struggling to pay their mortgages.

Homeowners will set up one-on-one meetings with lenders and then have opportunities to attend workshops of their choice. These 30-minute workshops will include:

• What To Do When Your Mortgage is Too Expensive
• How Foreclosure Works and What You Can Do
• One-on-One Sessions With Lenders
• Borrower Beware: How to Refinance
