APPLICATION FORM PAGE

The RHS Application is used during the RFP process for entities who are applying to be a Local Adminstering Agency and are requesting funding.  The application is downloadable and can be filled out using Microsoft Word.  Each question has space provided, which expands when needed, otherwise the form cannot be altered except in those fields.

Applicants will need to submit information as part of the application that will be added to the final application when being submitted on paper.   Please make sure to check IHDA’s website to see if you have the most current version of any form.

Potential Tenants in the program are the targeted beneficiaries, but they cannot apply directly for the assistance.  To receive the rental assistance they must rent a participating landlord's program units.

Applications for the third round of awards are due by 5:00 P.M. on Friday December 4, 2009.

We encourage you to turn in applications close to the due date rather than earlier because they will not be reviewed until after the deadline.
